RocketSlug is designed from state-of-the-art, injection molded bulletproof plastic that includes two halves that snap together onto your line. If you get snagged, snap RocketSlug onto your line, attach the 40 foot tether to the anchor point on the RocketSlug tail, tie the tether to your wrist or ankle, then “throw” RocketSlug down your line.
RocketSlug impacts your snagged lure with less than 5 pounds of force to momentarily “shock” the lure which dislodges the hooks and your fishing line acts like a spring and pulls your lure free. Truly a dynamic and trustworthy process we call “Rocket Science”!
Here’s how RocketSlug™ works
Pinch the side latches to separate the halves
Set the top half on your fishing line with the eyes facing the snagged lure! Eyes forward…
Snap the bottom half onto the top half
Attach the 40 foot tether (included) to the anchor point on the tail
Tie the tether onto your wrist
Throw RocketSlug™ towards your snagged lure to knock the lure loose!
If RocketSlug™ doesn’t dislodge your lure on the first throw, pull it back using the tether and throw RocketSlug™ again
